FOR BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Ship happens. We get it, and we’re sorry it happened to you. Just send us an email with a dramatic picture of your broken item and let us know whether you want a replacement or a refund. If you want a replacement, great, we’ll reship one to you as soon as we get your email. If you want a refund, great, we’ll issue it as soon as we get your email, and bonus, you’ll get an email too once your refund goes through. Don’t worry about shipping the broken item back to us. We’re not really good at fixing things.

FOR RETURNS

Say for some crazy reason you don’t like something you bought. That’s okay. Just send an email to ET-ConsumerSupport@easytigerco.com and include your name, order confirmation number, what you’re returning, and why you’re returning it. We know that’s a lot, but it’ll help us get your money back quicker. Win/win, right?

After you’ve sent that email, go ahead put the stuff you want to return in a box. Remember the nifty packslip that came with your order? Put that in the box. If you don’t have it, don’t freak out. Just write your order confirmation number on a piece of paper and put that in the box instead. We’ll pretend it’s the packslip. Once you’ve got all that in the box, send it to:

That’s where we’ll be waiting. As soon as we receive it, we’ll issue you a refund for the purchase price of your return. Refunds are pretty smart, so your refund will automatically be issued back to your original form of payment. You’ll get an email the moment your refund gets processed, since we figure you probably want to be kept in the loop.
